We begin each relationship by learning about your business as well as educating you on our services and the technologies that may be useful to you. Developing a sufficient level of familiarity on both sides of the relationship leads to more meaningful collaboration. We want you to tell us what you want. It's our job to take that information and determine what is really needed. By listening to your wishes, we can create a solution that matches your expectations...predictability.
Before a project starts, we outline all the processes from inception, into the scoping phase, then Production & Development, through to Delivery and finally Project Review. It is your understanding of each of these critical stages that will minimize the likelihood of surprises...predictability.
If circumstances arise that lead to changes in requirements, our adaptability and project management procedures will ensure the process is not jarring for you. We document the required change(s) to ensure you understand how it will impact the overall project, alter the current schedule, and affect the price.
